My stepson was upset that it didn't have a driver. But, after going to a lesson at the local golf course, he learned that most starter sets don't have drivers. I also heard them tell the kids that they have to learn to hit irons first, and they discouraged kids from trying to hit the woods. So, aside from not having a driver in the set, I would say this is a great deal for the money.
