They came in a box that was semi-sealed. Item was plastic wrapped so no big problem plus it looked like everything was inside which it was. Every club head was shrink wrapped and the shafts wrapped in plastic to prevent damage. As I removed plastic to inspect each club I saw several clubs had minor chips or paint miscues (paint slightly off). I can deal with the little things but I saw the Pitching Wedge had a rather large chip in it (photo attached). Although the location of the chip shouldn't affect the swing or ball strike it is rather annoying to see it in a new set of clubs. Amazon doesn't have the most helpful online return policy. It's either return it all or nothing.
